Chet came out quickly and looked over the job and provided me with a detailed estimate. Chet was very professional and easy to talk to-he listened to what I wanted done. The decision to go with his company was an easy one! I was able to get on his schedule rather quickly. He and his team did an excellent job! They were respectful of our property and personal space. They showed up EVERY day and ON TIME. This was not an easy job-fixing the water damage/stains, patching of nail holes, removing wallpaper, and working around all the furniture. They managed to get the job done as agreed in a very manageable timeframe. My MOM is so happy with the results as am I. She got her house back even better than expected! "Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Very prompt response after initial contact. Specialty painting was exactly what I needed and this small owner-operated business fit the bill completely. We had an initial visit where we met & he assessed what needed to be done. He has a terrific eye for color, and matched exactly what I had. Scheduling was very soon thereafter, with no delays. The repair of the damaged portions of my 30-year old faux surface is now complete and nobody could ever tell a repair has been done, it is so seamless. Very reasonable price, as well. We expect to be working with Renaissance Revival on another job in our house."
