"I contacted Tier 1 Exterminators via email about some rodent issues I’ve been having - I live in an older house with a lot of gaps in the foundation so I wasn’t too surprised to hear them start scampering about in my crawlspace once the temps cooled down. They not only responded with a general quote very quickly (within 20min), they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Charlie) texted me to let me know that he was on the way and gave me an ETA which was great since I have large dogs that I need a few minutes to square away. He showed up and was super friendly, asked about my dogs and family, and then started doing his inspection. That took about 10-15min, then he gave me a run down of what he found, where the entry points were, etc. He kept me very well informed on how he would deal with the issue (trap locations and making sure I was okay with the placement, where he needed to seal, pricing). "Animal Trackers is a Great company to deal with! Jim came out within a couple hours of my call. He went on the roof and found where the raccoon was getting in. He then showed me a video of the area and set up a trap. Around 8pm that evening we had our culprit! Jim came back the next morning and put a new trap out and covered the entrance with plastic to make there were no others. While waiting for a few days with the second trap, Jim even came out at no cost and re-baited the trap. After Jim was certain there was only one raccoon, he put up plywood under the soffit. Jim is super professional and if I ever have any other issues, Animal Trackers will be the one I call."
