"Tony had setup several allotted times for his technicians to haul away flood-damaged items from my basement. However, for reasons beyond their control, the allotted times could not be met. I was impressed by the high ratings that Tony and his technicians have received through Angie's List, so I really wanted them to do the job. Tony was very apologetic and always phoned me to let me know he was juggling his log to get me on. On his last attempt, his technician was on the highway that had turned virtually into a parking lot. The technician learned later that a car accident had caused the delay. Tony felt really bad about this. He then scheduled me for Friday, June 14, 2013 between 1 and 2pm. He stated that it would be no charge and that he would personally get the job done.



Tony arrived about 1:30pm and was well-mannered and professional. He went straight to work by taking the flood-damaged items to his van. He was well-prepared with moving tools to make the haul easier. I was amazed at how he handled the load by himself. I can understand why his business receives good ratings. He takes his work seriously and gives more than 100% to get the job done. ...and what I can understand, he expects no less from people he employs.



After Tony cleared my basement he performed the tasks, as outlined in Angie's list as follows: Cleaned cobwebs and air-blowed all dirt and dust; wiped all window sills; applied bug and spider spray to corners and joints;applied odoban citrus spray to eliminate odors and killed 99.99% of germs. In short, I was amazed that this was done in just an hour. I was a happy camper and would not hesitate to have Tony do more work for me in the future. Simply put, I have not had anyone to perform their tasks and covered so much ground, in such a short length of time, and was simultaneously pleasant.
