They were knowledgeable and very personable. My husband and I enjoyed their visits when they came out to check the traps. We caught the baby skunks quickly but the mother seems to have fled the scene. As impressed as we were with their service, today I was impressed even more. There is an older gentleman in our neighborhood that helps some of the widows with lawn mowing and landscaping. He's sawing trees down today across the street from us. As Brian and his fiance were leaving my house, they went next door to assist the man with a tree he was having trouble with. That's when you see the true character in people. Even if they'd not caught our skunks, I'd use them again for what they did today when they thought no one was watching!"

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."
