He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

Although it has been less than 2 weeks since I first met Michael have have no reason to believe that he is anything other than the type of quality contractor I would want having my back.
