"My fiance and I had trouble finding a pest control company at first, but we got a referral for Kelly & Justin Termite & Pest Control Inc. What really sold us on this company was that it is a family owned business (father/son). Turned out that their â leastâ experienced inspector actually had over 18 years experience, so we didn't have to worry about requesting a specific person. We had a few inspections already and compared to the bigger companies, we felt like Kelly was genuine and answered all of our questions and was very fairly priced. From setting up the inspection, to scheduling the work to be done, everything was way easier than we expected. As new homeowners, my fiance and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our house and for treating us like family."

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future.
