In short order, they had trapped the unwanted guests and repaired the damage that they had caused. John also treated my home for ants, which another pest control company had told me could "never" be treated and other insects and spiders. They used all natural treatments (important to me b/c of allergies and respiratory issues) and I didn't see any ants or spiders after that for many months, (which was the length of time John had explained that the treatment would be effective for). I've worked with them for a little over a year and they have been fantastic. John, Cathy and their entire team treat you like a valued customer.
