"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

Clearly this is not enough time for any work to be done let alone evaluate if their work solved the problem. I have hired them and so far like them, but they are scheduled to start work this week so it is too soon for me to rate them on their quality of work. I was able to get an appointment within a week of the call. Steve was on time, to the point, very nice and explained their process and gave me suggestions based on experience. I was able to get an appoint to start the work within a week. So far I am very impressed and look forward to them helping me solve my mice issue. *Also, compared to the other company that called me. EcoLife's prices were reasonable if not less than the other company. The other company has been too pushy and wanted me to hire them without actually coming out to see how bad the problem is."

"I called Burgin Pest Solutions the afternoon of April 14th about possums under my house. Matt arrived and set traps the following morning. Caught one the first night and another the third. Then after three nights with no activity, Matt picked up the empty traps, checked my crawl space and repaired the vent screens.
