"We purchased this house in the fall of 2014. The house was not cared for... by the previous owners and we bought it knowing it needed a lot of work. Since we have known Brian, we have hired him and his company to provide us with pest control services as well as a termite treatment. As we have lived here, we had Brian do a whole house inspection for us. Since we already owned the house... it was for our own benefit. Brian literally crawled into every space in this home... and spent literally hours inspecting everything. He spent a lot of time in our crawl spaces. He pointed out all the potential problem areas and verified some areas of concern.
