Listened to our concerns and proceeded to inspect every inch of the basement, including crawl space(!), each room on the 1st floor and the attic (a place that's difficult to maneuver). The maintenance plan covers any in home pests for no additional charge. The exceptions were; termites, bedbugs and wildlife. However they do offer discounts while on the plan.
