"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"The person who came to the house was very nice and professional, but they are obviously very poorly trained because he told us that we had "march flies" and our second and third opinions told us that they looked nothing like a march fly. First, they told us they were termites, then march flies. They are neither."
