A trap was set the same day. Tech came out the next day to check the trap and the squirrel was in it. "I called the contact number after regular hours and the owner (Jack) still answered. He arranged to have his Tech, Eugene, come out the next day to see if a squirrel that had been trying to chew its way into my attic had managed it. Eugene was actually an hour earlier than promised and Jack contacted me about an hour before that to let me know Eugene was on his way. When Eugene got here, he was polite, professional, and thoroughly checked the roof, soffit all around, and the attic to ensure there were no holes or signs of chewing or occupation.
