They came out right away and then scheduled the time to come treat our house shortly thereafter. They had a crew and even treated the second floor of the wall that was termite damaged for extra treatment. As a result, we have been using them for pest control since. I definitely recommend them for termite treatment.

Gary was very professional and explained the services and answered any questions that I had. He was very detailed oriented and paid great attention to the areas of concern. We set humane traps and removed 4 mice, one each night. Did some investigating and we found what appeared to be a small nest (droppings, gathering of fibers and materials) in our living room couch. It was a sofa that covered into a bed that had en empty storage area below. We removed the couch and continued to set traps. Since then we have removed another 2 mice and we don't know if these are the last remaining few or if they continue to come in from outside via the crawlspace or roof. I have entered the crawlspace and it is pristine. There are no droppings, materials, holes, etc... This morning I went into the attic and it appears to have more activity - droppings, gathering of materials, etc... I would like help in the inspection of the crawlspace, attic, roof to properly set the exclusion material to stop any new mice form entering our home.
