One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

We ended up spending another $150 to completely eradicate and take care of the problem. I don't know if they put anymore traps down there or not, but I haven't heard anything from the tenants saying that there is a problem.
