He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Michael was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and experienced - and friendly. I hired him on the spot (which was a Friday) and work began the following Monday. There is clear evidence that the treatment he applied is working. He put out just under 20 additional bait traps around the perimeter of the house which he will come back and periodically check to determine if additional treatments are necessary. Although it has been less than 2 weeks since I first met Michael have have no reason to believe that he is anything other than the type of quality contractor I would want having my back.
