"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Great job - came out in a timely manner, located and plugged the openings, installed an exit for the bats. When they were gone, he came back, removed the exit and plugged the hole; the multi year guarantee is nice and he already came back when i thought the bats were back (nope, chimney swifts, chimney cap ordered).
