He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Milton came the same day we called! It was labor day weekend and we all know how holidays can be a problem to get a service call completed. We had an unwelcome visitor the night before. Milton spent over 2 hours thoroughly investigating the exterior and interior of our home. Thankfully, he found some loose flashing on the roof which was the entry point for the unwelcome visitor. The site was identified and repaired . Milton also pointed out some exterior dryer vents that should have been covered to prevent potential rodent entry. He gave us a price on those covers and completed that installation as well. Overall experience from the first call to the completion of the job was excellent. We are happy to have found Milton and happy to support his Company. We will refer his service to friends and would not hesitate to contact him again should we have the need."
