"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

The technician told me about the bi-monthly pest control service that they offer, so we will be looking into that."

"Armando did a thorough inspection on the inside and outside of my house to find termite infestation since I wanted spot treatment. In the process he found that there were rotting wood underneath my bathrooms due to a leak. He took lots of pictures to show the condition of the wood. After canvassing several other termite control companies I decided to go with them based on the thoroughness of their inspection and the treatment and repairs of the affected wood. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them."

They moved bookshelves, boxes and furniture to assess the entire basement and clean a dusty landscape. They came quickly after an errant critter, likely unable to escape, was found.
