"Before meeting Steve, my peace of mind had been completely compromised in knowing nothing about the bed bugs he was being called to exterminate. I initially called about the problem at night and sure enough he was there the next day to diagnose and plan to fix the problem. In case nobody here is familiar with bed bugs, they are by far the worst creatures I've ever had to deal with. They're silent and stealth bugs that look like ticks with an unfair advantage of being able to latch onto anything they come into contact with and suck your blood while numbing your skin. Steve taught me all this. Not only was my peace of mind restored when I first met and spoke with Steve, but I felt completely confident in him and his knowledge and ability to eliminate my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve for any pest control job in the area. His service is outstanding, he is attentive, knowledgeable and can even create humor from a situation that I certainly wasn't laughing about before I met him. All around a class act and a pleasure to work with despite the circumstances. All Pro Pest is DEFINITELY the go-to pest control service in MA and Southern NH."

"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Pricing was fair, and the technician was very knowledgable about the active and inactive ingredients that they used to treat the nest."

"We have been using this company every year (twice a year) for preventative pest service control. They have been very responsive and the technician they sent is top notch and helpful. No pest in the house, mouse control bait station filled, downstairs bugs eliminated. Very happy with their professionalism, service and products. Will continue using them."

"He found no pests, even though my dad had bites all over his arms. He was very thorough. He said my dad must have gotten rid of them."

"My review is similar to the other strong reviews. I received a text from Bob the morning after I posted my request for help. Bob arrived at my home promptly, and talked with me about the different options regarding rodent control. His two sons came this morning, and were polite, knowledgeable and did the remediation described by Bob. They closed entry points for rodents and answered all of my questions about the materials they were using. Now I need to wait to determine if the corrective action taken will solve the problem."
