"I called D&S Termite and Pest Control two times to rid my house of rats, once in Sept, 2011 and and once in  Nov, 2013.  The first service in Sept, 2011 went went well.  The Field Representative searched the house and yard for evidence of rats, found evidence in the attic, and placed traps there.  He came back in a week or so, removed a dead rat, and checked back each week for a month.  I paid $200 for this service.  The second time, the Field Representative did not do an extensive search (perhaps because he had done one two years before).  He did not check the attic because I had found evidence of the rats on the first floor--in retrospect, I think a search of the attic was warranted.  He placed four traps in the house.  I found a dead rat in the kitchen and disposed of it myself.  This time (Nov. 2013) I signed a contract: D&S placed three rat traps on my property outside and I have been paying $35 to have them checked once each month for a year.  Apparently, D&S will also check the house if there was evidence of rats within.   This has ended up costing $420 and I have received very little in return.  I do not feel that the house was searched well enough initially for evidence of rats.  I could have set the traps myself, and, indeed, I, not D&S, ended up removing the dead rat.  I would probably not hire D&S again.

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Amazing how they know pests and can treat for black widows. He got rid of 2 that I found dead and when I found another one that was huge - they came right back and sprayed the entire area... excellent customer service and follow through! Much success shall prevail for this Pest Control Company."

"First, we decided to have Hafa Adai perform pest control services because they answered our request in a timely manner and had a very competitive price. Second, they had excellent reviews. When Vincent contacted us, he provided the information we needed, understood what our issues were, and was very timly in delivering the service. Once here, he surveyed the situation where we had ants inside our house, mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms. He determined that he needed to treat the outside first. In doing so, he found five (5) ant nests/collonies around our perimeter and treated those and the entire outside. He used ant traps on the inside. Since treating for ants, we've been free of these insects and the issues we had on the inside. Vincent's professional service was the answer."

"My Field Expert Jordan Garcia with Joshua?s pest control came by and was absolutely very friendly, professional, and very informative. He took care of all our pest needs at our house and went above and beyond and even removed a black widow spiders nest near my front porch! What a relief! Thank you again for what you do and all your insight and hard work! 5 star rating for this employee and the company! Highly recommend using Joshua?s Pest Control for any of your pest needs!"

"I've had a contract with ECOLA for ten years or so. They come and inspect every year, or during the year if there's an issue, and if they find anything, they treat it. The inspectors and technicians are very professional and friendly. They wear "booties" in the house to protect the floor. Most important, when they treat termites they don't come back. Worth a call!"

"David Biacsi came out right on time and gave my home a thorough going over. Determined I did not need termite service at this time. Also gave me some DIY pointers to monitor and recommended a yearly inspection to keep things termite free. Will call again next time."

"I have been using their service for over 10 years to control ants and rats. Great service for the money. I highly recommend them. They get down all the spider webbs, set out bait for the rodents and sprayed for ants and other bugs. If is safe for my pets and my fish in the pond. Couldn't be happier."
