Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. "Went great! Signed up for initial treatment of household pests. Serviceman Dedric came out on schedule, calling beforehand to be sure I was home and to let me know he was on the way. First treatment gave AMAZING results. Before the next scheduled service date a month or so later, Dedric called to see how things were going and if I needed any interim supplies, stopping by the next day to deliver them. He just came for the one-month follow-up and treated a few more areas, though we aren't having much of an issue anymore. We are to just let him know anytime we need him to return. He is easy to get ahold of, easy to reschedule with, and VERY EXPERIENCED in this field! He knew exactly where to treat before I even had to say it.
