"Jeff is a great guy and a hard worker. Excellent service & always responsive to my questions and concerns. We have already caught 6 skunks traveling thru my yard. His method is effective and humane. Cages are small enough we havenâ t had any â spraying â incidents. We are still in process of reducing the cul de sac infestation of the rodent pests. "I worked with Jessica, Jacob, Paul and others from Critter Control over the course of a project to eradicate rats from our crawl space, clean up the damage they'd caused and seal up entry points around the house to prevent future infestations. Everyone I dealt with, both over the phone and in person, was pleasant and professional and eager to resolve the situation. All scheduled activities occurred on time as promised, and a couple of unavoidable weather-related postponements were handled adeptly and quickly rescheduled. Critter Control has a great customer-focused system that allows them to document their work on each visit with photographs as necessary, and email a report to the customer right from the driveway before they leave the work site.
