"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"This company is by far the best company in San Diego county and probably in teh entire state of California; the employees go above and beyond the duty to provide an excellent customer service; it’s just beautiful how they strive to do the best job ever. Carolina, Jenna, Derek, technicians, Richard and Michael served my house and im very thankful to them as well as carolina for arranging this service as soon as possible. Few months ago I was about to cancel the services due to the economy and i just couldn’t afford the pest control services anymore but after carolina explained to me the importance of having our homes protected i decided to keep the service and it was a good decision. Carolina is professional and very knowledgeable as well as Jenn. Derek is always very polite and no matter he busy he might be he will always take the time to call customers that he knows are waiting for results of an inspection.
