"This is our second shower install with Danny and his crew. They've been amazing to work with both times. Danny is prompt and responsive when I call and he gets to work quickly. Product has been amazing both times. I talked to him on a Friday on the recent project and by Wednesday I had a brand new shower fully installed and ready to use. "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"The gentlemen that remodeled out bathroom were always courteous and on time. They always cleaned up the area they were working on at the end of the day. They were very patient with both my husband and myself answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we may have had. They completed the project ahead of schedule even though they came across issues they have never encountered while remodeling a bathroom (a gas pipe in the ceiling). We are very pleased with our new bathroom."

"The contract from the salesperson was complete and comprehensive. However, I was misinformed about the crews coming to perform my remodel. There was only one crew that did the demolition and installation. There was no licensed plumber. The project manager was missing for key issues. I feel the remodel was WAY overpriced for the amount of work performed."
