"Bill was right on time at 8:00 am, for our estimate and on the day he did our work. He took care of everything that needed done with a new bathroom toilet and fixtures. Hauled all the old stuff away. Gave us a reasonable price with a military discount. We would definitely hire this plumber again. We recommend Bill."

"Dave was amazing. I’d called at least 5 other plumbers having left messages and talking to 24 hour service places that had no one available. Dave answered the phone, asked me specific questions to help ascertain the issue he would be working on just a few minutes later. He arrived, worked his magic, and was done. Beyond reasonable pricing for an emergency, Sunday call. Professional and friendly. So thankful! We will hire Dave every time we have a plumbing need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"The plumber who did the work was excellent. A couple of the issues he repaired were challenging and he took the time to explain the issues and repair options. My only complaint with Benjamin Franklin is the prices are relatively high and arbitrary per task, not “time and materials” as the plumber I used for 23 years prior charged. But the work was done well so overall I am happy."

"Husband and I highly recommend BathPro of Western PA. This May 2024, we had a complete re-do of our 9x5.5 ft bathroom that was last updated in the '80s. The room was taken down to the studs. New plumbing connections were installed as was new ventilation, new electrical outlets and switches, and vanity lights and mirror. The room is beautiful now and all works well. It was a pleasure working with Shawn and the installers. It was easy to choose the materials, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry, and Shawn was very helpful in that regard. All the products BathPro uses are excellent. I put a review on Google but had meant to add one to Angie."

"They understood the issue and quickly took care of it. The price was reasonable, and the plumbers were knowledgeable and nice. I would hire them again."

"Kachurick plumbing was referred to me by a family member. Jeremy responded immediately, he came to assess the work needed promptly & got the work done in a day! He was so helpful, professional & knowledgeable! I highly recommend & will be contacting Kachurick plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!"

"When I called, they were very quick to come out, look at the issue, and quote me a price that was reasonable. We set up a date for them to fix my water heater. They showed up on time and did not give me a crazy window that they would be showing up between. Also, the end price was well under the price they quoted me. It turned out that the problem was an easier fix than they originally thought. The plumber I dealt withâ s name was Dan. He was polite, on time, and finished the work cheaper than he quoted me. He didnâ t have to tell me it was an easier fix than he originally thought. I would not have known. If you want an honest plumber, that shows up on time, and does a fantastic job, I recommend you call Benard Brotherâ s Plumbing & Contracting. I know if I ever have a problem again, I wonâ t be calling anyone but them."

"Keith was great and efficent. My toilet was leaking from the base and he had it pulled and reset in no time. Also left the area cleaner then he found it. Thank you Wahl!"

"The workmen were professional craftsmen and did an amazing job!! They removed a tub with surround walls, moved the plumbing to a different wall and installed a luxurious walk-in shower. I love it!!"

"I was looking for a critical repair which I knew could turn difficult. The appointment service that contacted me was diligent, excellent and prompt. The repair and and installation work was extraordinary, professional, careful with old installation around, great expertise (and patience with all my questions). Fully recommend Taggart Plumbing and very specially the person providing the service, Chuck, besides expertise kept the area clean to a surprising level."
