He hit the bypass on the unit and I had water again. A bathroom sink and toilet are still clogged, however Experts Plumbing will come out and repair them tomorrow and remove the water softener. Jacob was very friendly and helpful in getting the water running again and checking what around the house would need further work."

He did show me the anode rod which was quite deteriorated so we agreed to have that replaced. He also checked other areas related to our tank & everything was fine even though it is 10yrs. old. The septic and other plumbing was fine & so we were pleased with his work. He was efficient & explained things well. Thanks for a job well done...."
