"Great Company! They stand by their service every step of the way. My wife & I used them when our toilet broke and had them install a brand new one. About ten months later we had a leak issue and needed someone to come out right away. Called in the morning and Mr Rooter was able to find someone to service us right away. Austin came out and found that the toilet wasnt properly installed. since we had old cast iron pipes it was a difficult installation. They had to completely uninstall and reinstall the toilet. Replaced the flange on the pipe and were able to fix the flange to two pieces of wood. This fixed the leak issue. John the customer service rep came out as well to see if there was anything Mr Rooter could do since the toilet wasn't installed properly the first time. They were able to refund a portion of the toilet we purchased ten months ago and all the service to fix the leak was free of charge. Both Austin & John were professional and provided the best service. Thank you Mr Rooter. I will definitely use your service in the future!"

"John & Josh did an outstanding job. I liked that they wore booties on their shoes to keep from tracking stuff around as much as possible. Sort of a big project consisting of under multiple sink plumbing and replacing a sink cabinet. Also running furnace condensation hose properly to finally meet code. Big enough project for me, but a couple other places turned me down cause it wasnâ t big enough for them. Home Depot gave me the wrong base cabinet which, of course, wasnâ t discovered until John started the job. But he took it back to Home Deport and got it properly exchanged. That resulted in a slight extra charge on the bill, but John kept the charge to a minimum and stayed until HD credited my account correctly. I was pleased with the experience and am already gathering up some other small projects for Mayo to take on next."

This required climbing under our house in a crawl space and replacing 1957-era galvanized pipes and connections that were installed wrong originally with modern PVC pipe and connectors. He also had to work in a tiny basement utility room to make the same repair on a different drain. All this in only a few hours of one day. We were so impressed by our new friend's work ethic and abilities that we had him return two days later and replace our two old toilets with modern ADA-height efficient modern stools.
