"The pipe broke during a cold night and there was water all over the lawn and over the pavement. Called Felix, and his co-owner Joshua came very quickly despite they have a full schedule the whole week. Took a while even just stop the leak (this was how bad it was). Joshua was patient, explaining all the options and was never rushed. I decide to proceed. Things were taken care of as expected, and the place was very clean afterwards. "Professionalism was shown from the initial visit to the very end of the project. We found it comforting that during the initial assessment visit, the supervisor John came to introduce himself, Uli and Jr. This team of very nice young men were efficient, professional, knowledgeable of their work and was very respectful to my family and my home. Uli and Jr unclogged a very slow shower drain, installed a toilet and totally replaced my very old kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They even, took the time to install the soap dispenser accessory even though they had finished the job and were ready to pack up and leave (totally due to my miscommunication)! I must say, they did a great job and left the work areas clean, hauling away the old items for disposal. everything is beautiful and working as expected! We could not have chosen a better company to take care of us and now, they will be our go to company! I must also give a shout out to the receptionist, I believe whose name was Courtney or Constance (forgive me if I got the name wrong). She was a gem to speak with and listened to my needs. Her voice had a soothing quality and there was a confidence in her tone that left me feeling at ease about this group coming into our home. "West Shore Home was contracted to do a bathroom remodel from a jet run to an accessible walk-in shower. We worked with Kennedy on the design and the installation team made the design come to life. They returned quickly and found that the leak was not related to the original problem. They fixed that as well. The original project was $220 total while another plumbing company gave me an estimate of $558. First Aid is available 24/7. There was a high level of competence by the plumber. Both he and Alex are very customer-friendly, professional, and experienced. We are now looking at replacing our water heater. Alex has spent a good deal of time talking with me, answering questions, and providing written estimates for work. I trust their work and business practices."

"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"
