"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""

"They are this good and I am just that lucky! Saw a leak this morning at 830 AM. Called the main number, Marcus called back quick, sent pictures, installed new one and hauled off the old one by 230-3. Great Team. With that quick of a response and completing the job within the same day, it was worth every penny. Tried to upload photos but they were too big Highly recommend PLP"

George Godin oversaw the project all the way through to completion.  He and another contractor he provided took care of the following:   Demolition of the existing floors and haul away, prep and installed new laminate flooring.  Prep and paint all the walls and ceilings. Installation of sun shades.  Changing out of bathroom fixtures.  Plumbing included new toilets and shower fixtures, as well as new kitchen sink and hardware.  We also added new kitchen appliances where he helped me retrofit a particular appliance I wanted.  Mr. Godin did a lot of trouble shooting with me along the way.  He did everything one could ask of him and more - including helping us unload and put together furnishings to help meet a deadline.  He did his best to keep the project moving and keep me happy. I found him to be honest and caring and I will use him again in future.

"Cody responded to me quickly. They did a great job and spent time fixing a problem (connection with the city water system) that I didn't know was an issue. "I was very pleased with the remodel of the kitchen and the addition of the attic bedroom and bathroom in my one story house. The addition was complicated needing extension of part of the roof, rerouting of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning. His crews did excellent work, and everything was organized and done with a high attention to details. The ideas put forth for my kitchen and the bedroom gave me options I hadn't considered and made for a much better finished product. Everyone was very professional and kept the area as clean and workable as possible as my kitchen went down to bare bones; they worked hard to minimize that down time which was important with my busy family. The finished product in both areas is amazing and functional, and I am very happy with it. Throughout the whole project, it was easy to be in touch when I had questions either by phone or email, and my questions were answered promptly. I have recommended this company to other people who are looking for remodeling work, and I am returning to them again for another project I need done."

"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"Sales rep disappeared after contracts signed and didn?t annotate a part needed. This lead to labor having to return at a later date to install missing part. The work overall was beautiful but not perfect. Glass door doesn?t close perfectly. It not only clips a plastic strip on the wall that keeps water in the shower but a seperate seal on the bottom of the door is getting carved with every door open. Buyer beware!"
