"Called today for a non-emergency service (no water leaks at the moment).  I scheduled an appointment for the following week.  A couple hours later they called and said they could come today.  Jason arrived a few minutes later.  He was very friendly and professional.  He reviewed the damage from the leak (we had turned off the water).  He was able to quickly determine the likely cause.  After making the fix he double checked to ensure the problem was fixed.  I really appreciated his expertise and ability to ensure the fix worked.  I also appreciated his friendly demeanor.
I have used Kirkwood Plumbing before and they will be the first for me to call.

They gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate with two options. I decided on the lower cost, hopeful option and said I would wait for another quote if it was determined that I needed the much higher cost second option. Fortunately the low cost option did the trick. I was so happy and satisfied with the relatively quick work, I asked the plumber to give me a quote on something else I needed.
