"Carl was great and we highly recommend him. We bought a house on a slab without a washer and dryer hook up. We had another plumber in to see the job who basically said it was impossible to do the job without wripping up walls and floors. Carl came in and spent a lot of time figuring out the best and most cost effective way to do the job- without wripping up floors and walls. He was also flexible with our inconvenient schedule. He completed the job and we are very happy with the results. He was really professional and cared about doing the job right."

"Very prompt, very courteous, and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend this business! John was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure the drain was unplugged."

"Very professional on time no issues with the job that was done. Would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing."

"This site mandates a value variable. Since I only got one bid due to a lack of callbacks,I'm not sure of the value. Matt did call me back within the hour and came over for a 10:00 appt at 9:40. The job was well done in 2 hours and within a 24 hour range. He also told me about and showed me how to bleed the bottom of the tank to increase its' livelihood. That is service above many contractors!! If criticism is suggested here, I would still like to have or be sent the city permit for this install for my records. I have recommended this company to others. Patrick B. Chicopee"

"Tech was very knowledgeable, aggressive, familiar with plumbing and sewer lines. Solved problem in 1.5 hours."

"Main Street Drain Cleaning was amazing, honest, VERY affordable, knowledgeable, and did the job in under 2 hours. They let us know what clogged the toilet in our basement, and then went above and beyond to repair it. I will definitely be reaching out to them with any plumbing issues for my home in the future. Highly recommended..."

"Andrew did a great job fixed my upstairs toilet, had other plumbers try to figure out why the toilet wouldn't drain, Andrew used a camera in the main drain and found the problem. Awesome job, we are all set with the toilet and he checked the whole house for any other issues. We will use Andrew in the future, we highly recommend his services."
