"Waking up to your water heater having died is a horrible experience on a Sunday morning. But having Paul and his son come change out my water heater the same day was a absolutely a great experience. Having a contractor show up on time and do exactly what they say they're going to do is unheard of in my experience. "Guys were great. Found out water main was broken 4pm after a contractor hit the meter the day before. Called them on (it was Friday) and they took the job and got the main repaired (took a couple hours). I wouldnt have water this weekend if it wasnt for them! Did a good job checking their work before leaving as well, which Im greatful for as the outside temp was around 32F so plumbing adhesives might have had difficulty curing at that temp."

"Got a call from the water company that their meter reader had found a leak while doing the monthly check (and had turned off the water to prevent damage to the yard). I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing at 3:00pm and they had someone out at 4:30. The repairman had to dig a 2x2x2 hole at the meter to gain access to replace a section of PVC pipe and a coupling. The water was back on by 6:00. The repair was done professionally. Very satisfied and I'll use them in the future.
