I hired 4L Contracting LLC to install a water softener in our home. After finding out the water softener I had purchased was missing parts, the job was rescheduled for Monday. I was able to return the water softener and get a replacement fairly quick. So I sent a text to Kurt, letting him know I had done so. He informed me they were nearby and could do the job in about 30 minutes if I could meet them back at my home. I hurried home and in about 2 hours the job was completed. "We wanted to redo the tub and shower installation. The company representative showed us a wide range of materials and and roughed out a design based on what we indicated we wanted. He gave us the price for what we wanted and told us we would be notified when the materials came in so we could schedule the start of the project. The project required removing the old tub and relocating the plumbing and shower head to a different wall. They protected all the exposed areas from dust and once they started, it only took about one week to complete the job. They cleaned after themselves everyday after their work, and upon completion of the project. They do excellent work and the new shower enclosure looks great! "Luis came out a few days ago to service the AC system and install a new water safety switch on the pan under the unit in the attic. A few days later, we had plumbers come and install a new water heater located next to the AC unit in the attic. The plumbers accidentally knocked the water safety switch off of the pan, shutting down the AC. I discovered that the AC wasn't working late in the afternoon. I called Luis and he came by after hours to diagnose and repair the problem. He did not charge me for an after hours call, and didn't even want to accept payment for a normal service call since he had been there a few days earlier and wanted to stand behind his work. He's a stand-up guy. Highly recommended."
