"I recently had an issue with no hot water in my home. I went on Angie’s list looking for a reasonably and reliable plumber who could give me a free estimate coming into my home to diagnose the problem.I received a quick phone call from Ryan from Pipe Dreams Plumbing wanting to assist as quickly as possible. He showed up at my door within 15 minutes. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue fast.He explained everything clearly so we understood what needed to be done. He scheduled the service very quickly. Showed up on time, Removed our hot water heater and replaced with a brand new one. Completed the work efficiently , and my hot water is working perfectly again. He was very respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. It’s very rare to find someone who combines responsiveness, skills , and great customer service , but this plumber did. I’m very satisfied with the results and would absolutely recommend him"

"Sterling, the technician was able to assure me on the phone that he was the right person to alleviate my plumbing issue. I had two meetings with other plumbers regarding clearing my outside basement drain of impacted mud. He assured me that he had the needed equipment to unclog the drain. After being disappointed by both other plumbers, I took a chance and was very pleased with the outcome. Dun Rite, LLC (Sterling) was on time and delivered outstanding professional service."

"Martin, Bradley, Tony, Zeke S., and Austin N. all did an excellent job. They remodeled two bathrooms in my home and I appreciate all the work they did. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were very pleasant and courteous, very respectful of my home, and very professional. They asked me questions to ensure that the bars and shelves were placed where I liked. Their workmanship was outstanding. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would be happy to have them do any other job in my home when I need it done. I highly recommend them!"

Called for repair yesterday and Jim came out today and fixed our dryer.  He was very polite and honest to deal with.  He called me just before he came out.  His quote was very reasonable including labor and parts.  He fixed our dryer very fast and it's working great!  I own a small business in Howard County and I am happy I found a guy I can use when I need appliances repair done in the future.

THANKS JIM!

"Long Baths installed us a very nice new shower. Our representative Chris Reynard was great. We would recommend them and Chris to anyone and everyone."

"They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost. We've been customers since they remodeled our kitchen in 2004 and will continue to do so. I don't want the cheapest work. I want the best. Thank you Gary."
