"Oscar is great. Our kitchen sink was clogged and we needed it fixed quickly. Oscar called within minutes after I submitted the request on Angi and he was able to fix the problem that day. The price for his work was very reasonable. Oscar is now my go to person for plumbing repairs."

"Fabulous experience, from bid thru completion. Professional, prompt, courteous"

"I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom! Aleksey was honest and fair with the bid, and Alex did an absolutely superb job re-tiling! I contacted several contractors before meeting Aleksey. The first one two nearly a month to get back to me after looking over the job-needless to say I didn't hire him. Another had me send pictures of the job, which I did-I never heard back from him. These days a lot of contractors want to sell you a "package" that includes new fixtures, which some of us don't need. It was very refreshing to work with North Point Services, who did only the work needed, and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. Aleksey and Alex were very conscientious, taking care of the little things that made my entire experience easier. Thank you North Point Services!!"

"As a person in the plumbing trades both new construction and service work I have come to appreciate the skills of someone who does a craft full time and is encouraged to develop skills to make it “their” full time occupation and career. Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Great company that invests in training, retaining and having the equipment that their service people need to be efficient, productive and provide the services that they are being relied on to provide."

"Jason will be my first call if needing a plumber again. Updated me on arrival time. Worked fast and efficient. Iâ m totally satisfied and recommend him to others."

"Great experience overall. Gary was a friendly, low pressure and informative salesperson and even stopped by during installation to check on us. Joe and Noah (the installers) were great to work with, did an excellent job replacing all 10 of our windows in a single day, and left our house as clean as they found it. I would definitely recommend Great Lakes to anyone needing windows replaced."
