"There was almost an immediate response to our request for a plumber for valve work in our basement. Through a phone call and texting of pictures Titan was able to determine the problem and the parts needed to make the repair. At 7:05 the next morning (after plumbing supplier opened)we received a phone call with an estimate. Within 45 minutes the two workers were at our house and 20 minutes later the problem had been corrected. We are very pleased and thankful for their efficient, professional, and friendly service. He called me and was extremely friendly and offered to come the next day.
