"There was almost an immediate response to our request for a plumber for valve work in our basement. Through a phone call and texting of pictures Titan was able to determine the problem and the parts needed to make the repair. At 7:05 the next morning (after plumbing supplier opened)we received a phone call with an estimate. "I have a 3 unit building in Hudson Co. that I have managed for almost 30 years. It was necessary to do major renovations years ago to bring the building up to code. Additionally, the building has 2 wall hung boilers that have been successfully repaired and maintained over the years. The boiler on the ground floor sits on the floor in the laundry room. Approximately 23 years ago, the sewer line running from the side of the house to the main failed. It was clay pipe that was deteriorated. Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain was on site ready to swap out our old tank and install the new one. Also, was aware of new housing codes and installed an Expansion Tank. "Mo was absolutely amazing. Possibly the best contractor I have ever hired. Had a situation with a clog in my main sewer line and he was extremely quick to respond. Even before arriving at the house he did a FaceTime to diagnose the situation and give me peace of mind. He moved his schedule around to come first thing in the morning the next day and his customer service throughout was great. He walked me through everything that he was doing and gave me counsel on how to avoid situations in the future along with different options.
