There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"We would HIGHLY recommend Kyree Coleman for all of your plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency where our toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs bathroom and hallway. In a panic, we contacted emergency Plumbers listed online. Len plumbing responded to Our home where they assessed our sewer line and confirmed that there was a blockage of rocks in the clean out pipe. They also advised that they did not have the proper equipment to remove the rocks and called in a â digging specialistâ . About an hour later their co worker â Dougâ arrived and also confirmed there was a blockage of rocks in the sewer drain that he could visibly see. Doug advised that there was no other alternative to remediate this issue other then having a crew dig up my front yard around the area and cut the sewer line to get to the rocks. The estimate he gave us was $7,300 for this service and further advised that the digging crew doesnâ t dig on the weekends so we would need to wait until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). We advised him that we needed to think about this as this is the first time we have ever had a plumbing issue and that was a significant amount of money that we would need to pay. Doug became pushy and wanted us to sign a contract immediately. My husband and I refused to sign a contract and stated that we needed time to make additional phone calls. Doug then left our home. He later called back arrogantly and advised he was still waiting for our call back. We were lucky enough to get a referral for Kyree and we were in contact Immediately. He was busy with other jobs but still found the time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was polite, professional and optimistic that he could help us. He arrived at our home later that evening and assessed the blockage. He advised that he was confident that he could manually remove the blockage and use his tools to remediate the situation without costing us thousands of dollars and stress of digging up our property. Within 1 hour and 17 min (lol) Kyree was able to dislodge 7 river rocks in our clean out pipe that was causing the blockage in our sewer access. He utilized the tools he had with him and our plumbing was fixed!!! We couldnâ t believe he was able to solve this problem so quickly and easy. The other company was a scam and didnâ t even try to manually fix the problem! They automatically went to the most intrusive and expensive way! Kyree saved us thousands of dollars because he simply did what any descent human being/business should do and that is to try the least intrusive approach first before such a drastic measure.
