"The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. It was before 8AM, so I did not expect any businesses to be open yet, but within five minutes, Edgar called and I told him I was looking for bids. Edgar got here exactly when he said he would .
