"The two plumbers that came to the house did an excellent and efficient job fixing a number of problems in the original plumbing on the sinks, faucets, and toilets of a ~50 year old house. There were some problems with both the old plumbing and some of the new faucets that we bought as replacements that they solved on the spot. They were very respectful and hard working. I appreciated the detailed list of the cost of all of the work in advance of their visit. They came in a little under the estimate."

The buyer’s plumber had initially scoped the line but wanted it decalcified and cleaned due to calcium buildup, so they requested that the seller have it properly cleaned and rescoped. Jonathan and his team responded immediately. They cleaned both the interior and exterior lines and had everything completed by 3:45 pm the next day—well within our inspection timeline. Both practices gave the impression the companies were more interested in a sales pitch than quoting a fare market value for the project. BouVaag was the only plumbing company to respond to the initial inquiry with a cost estimate. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."

The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients.
