"I can't speak for the rest of Excalibur Plumbing, but Eddie G. was the best plumber we've ever had (we have been home owners in the Austin area for 20 years). We have had two plumbers out in the past to deal with an issue and those plumbers couldn't resolve the issue. Eddie fixed the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the suspected causes of the problem, how he was going to go about figuring out the cause and thus how to fix the problem, and then most importantly... he fixed it. Eddie was awesome and so I assume Excalibur does a great job hiring good plumbers, thus the five-star rating."

"BF Plumbers were very responsive, prompt, and communicated extremely well. I was extremely pleased by how quickly they got to us in the midst of another big project we had that was delayed by the plumbing issue."

"The plumber sent seemed to lack sufficient experience for our repair."

"The owner, Scott, was extremely helpful and understood the urgency of my request. He set up services the very next day. The technicians were prompt, communicative, and personable. I highly recommend Spot On Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Will definitely use again if/when needed."

"There were extra thoughtful touches to the installation that I never would have thought of. The master plumber installed extra safe devices. He also brought the plumbing up to code. Both the Master Plumber, "Junior" and his assistant were very polite. If I ever need a plumber again, I will request Junior and his young assistant. Eugene Schubeck"

"We recently had Colin install our new water heater, and the experience was truly excellent from start to finish. He was friendly and patient, taking the time to walk us through the process and explain the new unit. What stood out most was the detail-oriented nature of the work; everything was installed perfectly. When the job was complete, the work area was meticulously cleaned up. The new water heater is working perfectly, and we are very satisfied. We would absolutely call 1-800-Plumber+Air again for any future plumbing needs."

"The plumber was very professional and he gave me a good deal on the Fossetts that he replaced"

"Mr. Torres is an very experienced master plumber. He arrived on site on time and completed the job professionally to replace the old water heater with a new one in just about 2.5 hours. I will highly recommend Mr. Torres to others for plumbing works."

"Had a leak from an upstairs bathtub. No other plumber could figure it out and wanted to do extensive work to find and repair the leak. Austin GREATEST Plumbing found and repaired the leak in about an hour and saved me a ton of money! They are honest, reliable and experienced. I referred them to a friend and he was also very impressed."

"Prompt service. The drain cleaning was completed in a timely and professional manner. My drain works great for the first time in years. After hiring multiple plumbers in the past I am very impressed with Roy as well as the total experience with Enoch plumbing. Thank you!!!!"
