The Leak Specialist arrived promptly, was very pleasant and helpful. He quickly identified the problem and showed me photos of the damage. He described how the leak could be resolved, made recommendations for preventive measures. He had to go into the wall to identify the source of the leak and was very sensitive to potential damage, discussed options with me, etc. He also cleaned up the work area upon completion!

"Everything was 5-star except for Customer Service. I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job."

"The work and materials are good quality. But: 1.The sales person did not know the product they sell. I had in mind a 19 inch soaking tub which he promised, but later it turned out they do not have a soaking tub that would fit in my space. Big disappointment and if I knew that I would not have signed for the job right there, on the spot, but would check with other providers or go with a least expensive solution. 2. They only sent one installer to do the bathroom remodel. The same person did the walls and plumbing and he had to carry the bathtub and the walls all by himself. In my past experience this was the work for two people."
