"We had an excellent experience with Shaw Plumbing. From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond for us. Not only did they address the plumbing issue quickly and professionally, but they also took the time to advocate for us with outside sources to help get the problem fully resolved. It’s rare to find a company that cares that much about their customers. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled the right way. Their level of service and integrity really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Shaw Plumbing to anyone who needs honest, reliable plumbers who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers."

"Plumber could not come today"

"What a pleasant experience start to finish. Within seconds after posting the problem with my water heater I received f telephone call from the plumber himself (Nick Schmidt). He said he was in the area and would come by and diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate. He found the problem with minutes and gave me a reasonable estimate to repair the water heater and an explanation as to why the heater was not working properly. He ordered the parts and within 24 hours he was back at the house doing the repair. I can not say how pleasing it has been to work with a no-nonsense professional craftsman. Do not hesitate to call Nick Schmidt for your plumbing needs."
