"The bathroom project was much larger than I had envisioned. It was a huge undertaking to gut what was formerly a walk-in closet in one of the two second floor bedrooms. There was no electricity or door in the closet. There was no water or sewer lines to the second story of the home. Mr. Burlingame had to rip up the floor and the walls to allow the room to be expanded, to allow for wires and pipes to be run through the walls and the floor. Since the sewer line requires a certain amount of drop and the sewer line is 3" or 4" in diameter it required that he build a soffit in the first floor living room and kitchen ceiling to conceal the pipes. There was a huge mess throughout the home comprised of sawdust, drywall dust, piping, wiring, nails, screws, plastic, cardboard and the like caused by the demolition and the new construction. Before starting Mr. Burlingame laid out cardboard and plastic to protect the carpets and rest of the home. He cut lumber, tile and other materials in the garage. He began the project on time and when he said he would, he finished the project on time and within the budget he quoted me and he cleaned up the mess afterwards. I got a fantastic value for the money I invested in the home. I highly recommend that you request Burlingame Contracting to bid any construction project (big or small) that you need done."

"Brandon was amazing during a recent plumbing emergency, and was the only one to respond to me during the holiday weekend this occurred. He is local to Anacortes and came quickly, assessed the situation, and helped me get it under control until he could get what was required for the remedy. He returned with the necessary parts when he said he would, and stayed late to finish the job and test everything. He even helped me with a few other plumbing issues that had nothing to do with why I called him. His apprentice was also very helpful and respectful. Brandon has true integrity, a strong commitment to do the job right, as well as valuable experience and a great knowledge base. He was friendly and a pleasure to deal with in the midst of this stressful plumbing mess. His pricing was very fair and transparent. I feel so blessed to have found him when I really needed help. From start to finish, he was wonderful, and assured me it would all get taken care of and it did! He also had great communication re: timing, recommendations, and everything to do with the situation. Brandon absolutely shines when it comes to anything you would want from any provider to trust to come into your home. Thank you again, Brandon!"

"Very professional. Jeromy wore a mask. He was polite and cleaned up the area after the install. I have a Choice Home Warranty and called them for the plumbing repairs. All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."
