"Mike replied to my request immediately by phone. He visited my home the next day, provided a quote and returned the following day with a new hot water heater. He made a few additions to our plumbing, installed the new heater and made sure I understood how to operate it properly. As it turned out the water heater had a bad control board. This meant Mike had to make two trips to the supplier to resolve the problem. This was NOT mike's problem, however he dealt with it professionally and finished the install ONLY after making sure all was well and I understood the changes made. He provide a written final bill, careful to include the new control ID. Counsil Plumbing was always available via phone (not answering service) during the initial discussions. I would absolutely recommend Mike and his team for my next project. This is a small company where Mike does a majority of the service/maintenance work himself. He's focused on service not on large new installation or new construction. We are totally happy, and would highly recommend Mike for other plumbing needs. He has experience in new construction and is very familiar with codes and other issues (which may be lurking behind the walls)."

"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After 2 weeks of no hot water, I decided to give HomeAdvisor and Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter a try. Aaron came over the next day and point out the issues with my old water heater and suggested me to replace a new water heater with dedicated gas line. After 2 weeks of no hot water and researching issues that might happen to tankless hot water, I was convince what Aaron suggested. Aaron was very thorough and professional about the entire installation process. After the installation, there was error from the new tankless water heater. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. I want to thank Aaron for his time and effort to restore hot water to my house. Aaron will be my go to plumber if I ever need plumbing help. George"
