"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"I looked at about 4 high profile companies to do the the job but some of them were trying to sell Me things that I really didnâ t needâ ¦ Waterproofing is expensive enough without the extraâ ¦ I had my basement remodel and advanced restoration was able to work around my basement remodel and my laundry room â ¦To give me a waterproof basementâ ¦Over the past month or two we received a lot Of rain and my basement remained dryâ ¦The owner son was incredible with has knowledge and recommendationsâ ¦..The reviews were spot on about this company!!!!!! "Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from. Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process. The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late. My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room. They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee. I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate. There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it. Every room has an entrance. I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
