"Chris pointed out that the water pressure problem was most likely an issue with water coming into the house and not the plumbing in the house itself. He suggested I contact the City of Brockton, which I did. The city came out and flushed the lines that were blocked and fixed the problem. A less ethical plumber would have proposed unnecessary and costly work which Chris didn't do. I intend to call Chris first for any future plumbing needs that I might have."

"I hired them for an inspection and I got more than my moneys worth - a real plumbing education and honest advice. The master plumber who came to my home was excellent, very thorough and a real expert. In short, it was the best experience I had ever had with a plumbing professional."

"They did a great job. They were able to use a small pump to pump the waste water out before replacing the broken pump. The other company wanted us to pay for a pump truck costing $600 before giving the estimate."

"I thought the price for a sump pump replacement was very expensive for what I had done (2 men, 2hrs). They quoted the estimate and charged me $1,500.00. Home Advisor had emailed/quoted me a fixed price of approx. 600.00. I had asked to schedule when they could do the job and said they could do it that day, THIS WAS NOT A RUSH/EMERGENCY, but I gave the go ahead because I just wanted this project done. There was no drilling involved (in the well and the wall to drain out). They replaced the sump pump and installed a new drain pipe in the well and attached it to the existing drain in my cellar wall. The plumbers were courteous and explained everything thouroughly so that weighed in on my overall star rating. Thanks."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
