I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. I handle the buried portion of the service line from curb stop to meter and the buried house line if the meter is far away from the house. \n I do a good job at a fair price, am qualified for both Peoples Gas and Columbia Gas and fully insured. \n As a small owner operator business I can be flexible on scheduling as these types of problems tend to be emergencies. While in business for myself just a short time now I have over 15 years of experience in the natural gas industry involving repair and replacement of gas mains and service lines.

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
