FS Group was referred to me by Angi. I must say I was really nervous about the company since there were no reviews on the website.. Franklin called the same day to discuss the issue with my furnace and we scheduled an appointment for diagnosis and estimate. Franklin was on time, kept in touch with his ETA, was very courteous and professional. Franklin was not displeased or irritated that I asked to see his license and willingly showed his documents to me. His knowledge and experience was a plus! Franklin was able to spot the source of the noise from my furnace and fixed it on the spot with a very inexpensive solution. He also spent some time assessing my entire system, made suggestions for efficiency and I didnâ t realize it but my filter was dirty - he pointed that out too. I was able to replace later on my own. Overall, great professional service, would 100 per cent recommend! FS Group will be my go-to for all future furnace/boiler issues.

This is the second time I've used Titan Plumbing. Each time the response was quick, and the employees were cordial, personable and professional. They explained the work they were doing both before and after they were done and pointed out the improvements made. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would not only definitely hire them again, but also refer them to those with plumbing needs.

These guys were amazing. They responded very quickly to a flooding emergency in the basement. They showed up exactly when they said they would, brought a large crew of guys who all were competent and behaved as a team. They removed an old and failed French Drain system, installed a new one, including a tie in to an external drain, a new sump pump and well. It was about 60 linear feet of drains and they did the ENTIRE job in a morning. Including testing and clean up. I HIGHLY recommend Joe and his team, they were fantastic.

Friday morning our kitchen sink was not draining. We called several plumbers in the Union County area. Few had immediate availability. The initial plumber that did show up wanted to start ripping apart our pipes without trying to snake the clogged drain first. I had four estimates for my interior home renovation project which included replacing flooring and painting. This company was not the lowest estimate but I appreciated the professionalism and the detailed breakdown Of the work and including waste disposal. Jorge and his team were friendly and came to work as planned. They even finished the project ahead of schedule. Price was fair. Great results. Will definitely use this company for projects in the near future as they?ve proved to be efficient and reliable.

They called and showed up which was most of my problem with local plumbers. Their work was good but the price tag was quite expensive.; however, the problem was resolved. Tom was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I received quotes for simple plumbing jobs which were all hundreds of dollars each. I declined to have the simple jobs done and will do them myself.

I couldn't get my regular to come out to service the cooling units for the first & second floor, so I found Overall through Home Advisors. Sam called me immediately and scheduled to come out the following Friday...per my schedule. I was impressed with how thorough he was to ensure the units were clean and functioning properly. The older unit was extremely dirty and had a leak. Although a little more expensive, I realize pricing does make a difference in the kind of job a person does. I will be calling them whenever there's an issue and for yearly maintenance service. Thanks for the job well done, Sam! You get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Excellent customer service. Do your homework--his prices were fair on some things and very expensive on others. John is friendly and he and his staff are highly responsive. John worked well with my insurance company and also with the town. I would and am going to hire him again.

Tony encountered an extremely difficult install because of the location of the cooling coil. It was necessary to remove sheet rock to gain access to the unit. He diligently assessed the project, selected and installed the appropriate equipment, and left the work area cleaner than he found it.

I hired another company to go and assess an air conditioner leak issue, had to pay them to just go review the situation and then received a quote which was clearly high. I called Abreu Air and ultimately they did the job for a very fair price ($350 compared to the $850 the other company quoted). They also got it done same day and with very little hassle. The guys were incredibly professional, quick and they did a quality job. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a quality, honest and reasonable HVAC professional.

Sheldon was nothing short of amazing. Given the supply limitations and increase in job orders he was still able to ensure our repairs were serviced and fixed in a timely and professional manner. He took the time to explain the reasoning behind each piece of equipment and what work was needed to be done within our budget. The project site was kept spotless, and his work was clean and professionally done. .

Tre came promptly and saved my basement from flooding by unclogging the sewer trap. He saved me some money from the original estimate, which was honest, because the problem was not as serious as we originally thought. I will hire him again if needed.
