"I was replacing a toilet and found that the outlet where it attaches to the floor was almost entirely plugged with white mineral debris. My first thought was to remove the debris and continue to install the new toilet. I decided I needed to contact a plumbing expert for advice. I'm very glad I called Primo Plumbing. Mike explained what could be causing the debris buildup and suggested that I schedule an appointment for Primo Plumbing to inspect my sewage line with their state of the art video camera. My fear was that roots had entered into the system and causing the debris buildup. The camera inspection showed that there were no roots penetrating the system which was a huge relief. The final step in the process was to clean the mineral buildup inside of the sewer lines and this was quickly done with their high pressure jetting system. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work and prompt service. The entire job only took Primo Plumbing about 60 minutes."

"They gave me a 4 hour window, then called at the beginning of the window time and told me when they would be arriving. My appointment was 40 minutes from the start time. He arrived about the time he said. Introduced himself and analyzed the job. Went to his truck and got all the tools he needed. He then did the evaluation on my system. He tested the heater unit as well as the individual registers to verify they all worked. I was very happy with the inspection and the person sent out to do the job.

When I researched online, I discovered that most plumbing companies only work on M-F, not weekends. Luckily, I connected with Arturo, owner of AMC Plumbing. I texted him a few pictures of my old water heater so he could have visual of what the setup is in my condo. He gave me an estimate over the phone and said he could come that same day to install a new water heater. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. He assured me all was done to current code. His price was in the same range as the only other plumbing company that would give me an estimate over the phone (but couldnâ t do the work till later in the week).
